How to redeem your voucher
Thank you for buying a deal to try us! To redeem your voucher, go to schedule/booking page and type in your voucher number and the website that you bought from in the message field while you are creating your account. We'll add a lesson credit in your account within 36 hours. (We will try to add as soon as possible but please allow us some time to do so...) We will notify you via email when you are ready to make your booking. Check the lesson schedule and book the session you would like to attend using your lesson credit! ( *All the credits you bought through deals expires on the date the voucher expires! Check your voucher for your expiration date and schedule your class before the expiration date. No booking beyond this date, booking beyond this date will be deleted on the expiration date. So please redeem in advance in order to use it, as we need some time to add credit into your account.)
To ensure the quality of lesson, please come on time. We also suggest that you book your spot in advance as seat is limited. (It also means don't wait until last minuets of expiration date to take lesson!)
Once you take a lesson at Michiyo Art Studio, you will be NOT considered as new student any more! If you decided to further your study, there are lesson packages available and prepare yourself with supplies!
It's important that you have your own watercolor supplies because learning (knowing) your materials is essential and you might want to practice at home! Check the suggested material list and get what you don't have.
